During my stay, everything was wonderful! The staff warmly welcomed me and offered me the wifi password without me having to ask. The bed was super comfy, and both soft and firm pillows were available. The breakfast had a delicious variety of items, and everything was fresh. The hotel was also very clean, and the bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a lively neighbourhood, where we found it difficult to locate appropriate dining options. the free drinks offered in the bar during our brief check-in period were a lovely touch. the gracious and friendly hostess was also a highlight of our stay. the spacious room was well-maintained, with sumptuous bedding and towels. We enjoyed the modern bathroom amenities and indulged in the large bathtub. the thoughtful staff offered us a bottle of water upon our late arrival with our little one. Nevertheless, the internet connection was patchy and a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel location was really convenient, near the city center and some good restaurants to try. the room size was perfect for a short city break and the bed was comfortable. the shower had good pressure and hot water.

the Internet connection was nonexistent and the staff didn't seem to care much about fixing it.

The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The decor was a mix of modern and traditional furnishing that gave the room a cozy and welcoming vibe. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived quite late in the night. the complimentary breakfast, with its wide range of freshly prepared dishes, satisfied our hunger pangs and gave us the energy to start the day right.

The neighborhood was not ideal, and we struggled to find suitable dining options. the brightness of the night lights was too much and disrupted our sleep.

The staff were so helpful, introducing me to the restaurant staff for breakfast. Room was excellent for families. Very clean and recently renovated. Breakfast had everything we could ask for.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station heading to Tirana, as well as restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with car hire and providing excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature, allowing me to stay connected. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel had a lovely garden area and a leisure/TV room, where I could relax and unwind.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
